2. Scope and Purpose of Processing

• Contact form data (name, company, e-mail, message) — to respond to your enquiry and establish cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Technical data (IP address in server logs) — to ensure security and proper website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visit statistics are collected in an anonymised, aggregated form without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics) — they do not allow user identification.
• Data provided in e-mail correspondence — to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Retention Period

Data processed in connection with an enquiry is stored for the period necessary to handle it, and then until the limitation period for potential claims expires (no longer than 6 years). Technical data is stored for the period resulting from cookie settings — see the Cookie Policy for details.

• The controller's e-mail provider — for handling correspondence.
• Data is shared solely to the extent necessary to provide the above services.
